Sonic Bloom: Spring Cleaning Sound Session - Sun & Moon Yoga
Shake loose from the slumber of winter and prepare for the energy of spring. Meet the season of clearing space, rooting, and blossoming toward a fuller expression of yourself, just like flowers, trees and wildlife will be doing all around us. Using sound bowls, gongs and other instruments, we will rest our nerves to prepare to receive and engage with spring more authentically. Leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and renewed, ready for the new beginnings that spring offers.
Family Yoga - Sun & Moon Yoga
Age-appropriate instruction for classic poses, yoga-based games, partner/teamwork. Featuring easy-to-remember techniques for calming and relaxation, which you can continue practicing at home. Use yoga’s wisdom to help your family flow and grow together! Ideal for kids aged 2-11 with at least one adult present.
