This spring, experienced yoga and meditation instructors Christine Clardy and Marjorie Ames offer a thoughtfully structured afternoon in which you can feed your need for (or curiosity about) intentional silence. The lovely, light-filled Fairfax Studio will host this half-day workshop, which includes gentle, guided movement as well extended periods of meditation and mindfulness. This retreat is accessible for all -- whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice.
